Ah, the holidays, or as I like to call them: The time when people lose their frickin’ minds!

Are people nicer during the holidays? Hasn’t been my experience. Do we focus on the important things or scramble for more stuff?

(hint, the answer is more stuff. )

Sometimes, we are even oblivious to the subtle reminders of this fact. I mean you are, I’m not.

Case in point. This sign I saw for sale in a big box store. A sign pointing out the simpler meaning of this time of year, with an encouragement to focus on what’s important, the less material.
