The other day, as I was driving, a car passed me quite fast on the right.
When I pulled up behind him at the red light moments later, yeah he sped by me and we both had to stop at the signal, I noticed he had a bumper sticker that said, “If I passed you on the right, you’re an idiot.”
I guess you’re thinking, that makes me an idiot. And I can understand why you would think that for a number of reasons.
Except, as I said, we both arrived at the stop light at roughly the same time. Oh, and did I mention I was doing 40 in a 35 and when he passed me he was doing what I estimate was 50-55?
Now where are 35 mph speed limits usually posted? Yeah, that’s right, school zones and residential neighborhoods. Right you are.
Funny, this time I don’t feel like the idiot.
